<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that magnetic permeability is lowered and sufficient noise absorption effect cannot be obtained because the ferrite layers have been baked simultaneously after these are coated with a ferrite paste to which a sintering assisting agent such as glass as the non-magnetic material is added in a glass ceramic substrate where the ferrite layer is formed for noise absorption. <P>SOLUTION: In the wiring substrate, a wiring conductor 3 and a ferrite layer 2 consisting of ferrite covering the upper and lower surfaces of this wiring conductors 3 and glass of 1 wt.% or less are formed with the simultaneous baking with an insulated substrate 1 at the internal side and/or the surface of the insulated substrate 1 consisting of the sintered material of the glass ceramic. Moreover, the magnetic permeability of the ferrite layer 2 is high and stable permeability can be obtained. The noise passing through the wiring conductor 3 can be absorbed efficiently because the wiring conductor 3 is covered with this ferrite layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
