PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet for shielding electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: The method of manufacture has a step A for forming concave parts 3 in a resin layer 2 on a substrate 1, a step B for forming a peel layer 6 on the surface of the resin layer 2, a step C1 for applying conductive coating 11' to the surface of the peel layer 6, a step D1 for wiping the conductive coating 11' applied on the parts other than the concave parts 3, and a step F for removing the peel layer 6 formed on the flat surface of the resin layer 2 and forming conductive layers 4 in the concave parts 3. In another way, the method of manufacture has a step C2 for applying catalytic coating 11" for electroless plating to the surface of the peel layer 6 after the above step B, a wiping step D2, a step E of electroless plating, and a step F for removing the peel layer 6.
