PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the collection of the hardware state in a CPU module as error information in the generation of a dead lock even in the state where the collection of error information cannot be performed because of the occurrence of the dead lock in the CPU module. SOLUTION: This system comprises means 11, 21, 31, 41, and 51 for detecting the deal lock every component 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 of the CPU module 1 in the occurrence of an obstruction in the CPU module 1, a means for determining the completion or non-completion of error information collection in the CPU module 1, and a means 80 for issuing a reset to each of the components 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 in the PUC module 1. When the CPU module 1 is in an error state, and the collection of error information is not completed, the reset is performed every component, and the obstruction occurrence part is returned from the error state to perform the collection of error information.
