PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as an additional cost for changing a resistor in a conventional heating cooker B, in which the resistor must be changed if a type or specifications of a relay to be used is changed because a control program regarding a condition for a term from an output of an operation signal to a transistor 12 from a control part 1 until actual actuation of a switch part 2b in a relay 2 is selected and set by using the resistor as hardware. SOLUTION: When a predetermined key operation is carried out for an operation part 3 arranged in the heating cooker A, the control part 1 can select and set a control program used for feeding an operation signal to the transistor 12 with a delay time matching an operation speed of a relay used in the heating cooker A.
