<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environment under which a close relationship with customers can be established even when the customers do not visit a shop through management of customer files and schedules of individual employees by contriving grouping and enclosure of customers by creating a portal site (total guidance site) of the shop in a customer business by using a network. <P>SOLUTION: This information service system is constituted of: a communication site 100 on the customer's side in which an entrance exclusive for a customer 4 who has obtained a right of use of the information service system by exchange of an information service card 6 and an information service slip 7 is provided and information exchange can be performed between the employee and the customer; a private site 50 for managing the personal information and customers of the employee 5; and a communication site 60 on the employee's side for managing the schedule and exchanging information with the customer from the customer information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
