<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circulator of low insertion loss and high reliability, wherein irregularities of characteristic are small, when a ferrite plate whose outer diameter dimensional precision is low is used, superior reproducibility of circulator characteristics is obtained stably, and cracks of the ferrite plate and the dielectric line are not generated. <P>SOLUTION: In the circulator for NRD guide, two ferrite circular disks 2 are connected, with at least one of a plurality of dielectric lines (mode suppressors) 1 via resin layers 6 being at most 300 μm in thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
