PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ease of use by making a variety of operations easier before and after of imaging in a portable terminal apparatus with a camera. SOLUTION: A main display part 13 is provided on an inner plane 10E of a cover body 10B of a cellular phone 10 with a camera, a camera 16 and a sub display part 14 are provided with on an outer plane 10F of the cover body 10B, preview images imaged by the camera 16 under control of a CPU 11 are displayed on the sub display part 14.
