摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color picture tube device capable of reducing a beam spot diameter, and achieving a high resolution in a phosphor screen by enlarging an effective aperture of a main lens without enlarging the diameter of a bulb neck part. SOLUTION: Between a focusing electrode 7 to which a focus voltage is applied and a final accelerating electrode 8 to which an anode voltage is applied, a cylindrical insulator 9 having a resistance layer 14 is disposed. To a final accelerating electrode side 14b of the resistance layer 14, a high voltage equal to or less than the anode voltage is applied. To a focusing electrode side 14a, a low voltage equal to or higher than the focus voltage is applied. On end faces of the focus electrode 7 and the final accelerating electrode 8 facing the insulator 9, three in-line arranged beam passage holes 10a-c and 12a-c are provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
