PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of miniaturizing a circuit, reducing cost, and turning on a switch by a small capacity without increasing a capacity of the circuit of an electronic apparatus side during an on/off operation in a structure of the electronic apparatus having an automatic on/off function. SOLUTION: A switch device 31 has an operation member 10 capable of manually turning on/off two contact parts, and an operating means 11 capable of automatically turning on/off one contact of the two contact parts. When the two contact parts are manually turned on based on an operation of the operation member 10, the operating means 11 is operated based on a driving signal outputted from a control system circuit 28 by a control signal from the outside to allow turning off of the one contact part of the two contact parts. When the one contact part is turned off, the operating means 11 is operated on the basis of a discharge current from a capacitor circuit 29 by the control signal from the outside to allow turning on of the one contact part.
