<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded wire harness structure and a manufacturing method of an inexpensive shielded wire harness not becoming bulky even when it is bundled and capable of reducing noise interference in respective electric wires. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 25 comprised by forming a conductive face in one face of an insulation sheet is fit around along each outer circumference of a plurality of parallel electric wires 27 arranged side by side with intervals. Both end rims 25a and 25b of the conductive sheet 25 in parallel with the electric wires 27 are overlapped and joined.
