PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the thickness of an adhesive layer uniform. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the multilayered optical recording medium having a process step of aligning a light transparent resin sheet 22 across the adhesive layer 21 on an acrylic resin substrate T having a center hole (h) has a pasting process step of pasting a circular seal 20 so as to close the center hole (h) of the acrylic resin substrate T, an adhesive dropping process step of dropping an adhesive 21a onto the circular seal 20, and an aligning process step of spreading the adhesive 21a by a spin coating method and aligning the light transparent resin sheet 22 to the acrylic resin substrate T.
