PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for allowing a user to systematically manage the mail address of the user himself or herself by preventing any damage due to the reception of any annoying electronic mail since the mail address is leaked. SOLUTION: A user name in a mail address is newly provided with a variable part, and the value is changed for each communicating party so that the situation of the notice of the mail address can be managed.
