PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive an electronic mail by using a mail address which is generally used by a user. SOLUTION: This electronic mail transmitter/receiver is provided with an access information registering device for registering access information to a mail server 40 of an Internet provider corresponding to an electronic mail address which a user wants to use, an access information reader 132 for reading access information registered by the user when the reception request of an electronic mail is issued from the user, a received mail acquiring device 132 for performing access to the mail server 40 based on the access information read by the access information reader 132, and for acquiring the electronic mail to the destination of the user, and an electronic mail distributing device 132 for distributing the electronic mail acquired by the received mail acquiring device 132 to an information terminal 30 of the user.
