PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reading capability in a rearrangement method of data and to improve the data transfer capability in the rearrangement of contents between servers. SOLUTION: In this rearrangement method of data for performing the rearrangement of contents arranged on a disc, considering the download state of each content in a content delivery server, the rearrangement is performed in order so that a content having a higher download frequency is set in a position having a higher reading speed.
