<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method capable of improving recognition accuracy of a part without increasing the number of CCD elements of a camera, and a part loading device using the method. <P>SOLUTION: A part 26 sucked by a suction nozzle 25 is images with an intentionally-loosened focal depth of a CCD camera 27, to thereby acquire an image out of focus dispersed along a δ function (S1). Interpolation data are calculated by Fourier transform to image data losing a high frequency component by the dispersion, and the apparent number of sampling is increased. Assuming that the image out of focus is acquired by applying δ function conversion to an image in focus, the image out of focus is restored to the image in focus having increased number of sampling by applying inverse δ function conversion thereto, to thereby recognize the part position and to correct the position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
