<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power by restricting an amount of a current consumed in the display part of an intercom master set and also to improve display quality in the display part. <P>SOLUTION: The display part 24 of the intercom master set reports calling, etc., from a slave set at the door and/or a set at the door in complex housing. In order to provide the reporting, the display part 24 is provided with: serially arrayed LEDs 30a and 30b; display light turning-off circuits 31a and 31b which are each arranged in parallel with the LEDs and controlled by a master set CPU 20 to turn off the LED between the two which is not necessary for report display; and a display light driving circuit 32 which is controlled by the master set CPU to turn on and drive the LED other than the LED turned off by the display light turning off circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
