PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery which is superior in impregnation of an electrolytic solution and in which liquid leakage is suppressed. SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery having electrode groups in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode are laminated and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, the ratio K (=M/d) of the electrode distance d (mm) between the positive electrode and the negative electrode against the area M (mm<SP>2</SP>) constituted of the height and the width of the battery is 1.2×10<SP>3</SP>or more and 9.8×10<SP>7</SP>or less, and the nonaqueous electrolytic solution is a fluid showing the non-Newtonian property.
