PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply assemble at a time in a state that each core element is arranged in a circular form, in a stator core of a rotating electric machine of an outer rotor type, which is so arranged as to assemble a plurality of core elements in a body by coupling the core elements divided into magnetic pole units composed of yokes, a magnetic pole, and a claw, with one another at the yokes. SOLUTION: This stator core is provided with a downward projecting arm on one side of the yoke in each core element divided, and an upward projecting arm on the other side, and each downward projecting arm and upward projecting arm in opposition in adjacent core elements can be coupled shiftably with each other, having a specified range in the circumferential direction.
