PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved medal cleaning device for cleaning a coin used as money (coin) or a medal used in a game machine such as a slot machine. SOLUTION: This medal cleaning device comprises a cleaning part for mixing medals with polishing material containing water content to cleans the medals, a separating part disposed adjacently to the cleaning part so as to respectively separate the medals from the polishing material containing the water content, and a circulating part for circulating the polishing material containing the water content separated by the separating part to the cleaning part. The cleaning part mixes the medals with the polishing material containing the water content to polish the medals by means of the vibrations of a vibrating means. The separating part separates the medals from the polishing material containing the water content by the means of the vibrations of the vibrating means while dipping the medals and the polishing material containing the water content in a water tank.
