The rubbish bag collector comprise a base (A) fixed to two uprights (8) connected by an upper crosspiece (9). The crosspiece carries fixings for the middle of the upper turned over edge of a bag (7). There is a complementary structure (B) with two uprights (13) articulated on the base. These uprights are connected by an upper crosspiece (14) carrying fixings for another part of the bag turned down edge. Each of the fixings is associated with an elastically deformable link (20,22) which presses the bag turned down edge against the element on which it is turned down.
