<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow image information, sound information or the like to be information easy to be seen and being powerful in response to a player's motion or further to be interesting and pleasant information to be delivered to a viewer. <P>SOLUTION: The contents distributing system comprises a terminal unit 1100 of a person who receives a delivery of contents, a provider server apparatus 1200 of a provider for delivering the contents, connected to the unit 1100 via a network 800, and image processing means 1500, 1600 for selecting image information desired to be delivered of image information which can be delivered from the provider server apparatus by a terminal unit, receiving image information transmitted from a plurality of imaging means 100, 110 such as cameras directly mounted at the player or cameras or the like disposed in a hall, and image-processing based on the received image information.
