PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output service information meeting the requirements of customers without applying a burden of input on the customers.

SOLUTION: Specification information on commodity and attraction information in correspondence with the specification information are stored in a questionnaire information database 31. Service information in correspondence with the combination of the attraction information with the specification information is stored in a service information database 32. When the selected result of the attraction information is provided as the questionnaire information 200 of the customers, a questionnaire analysis part 21 retrieves the specification information in correspondence with the selected attraction information from the questionnaire information database 31. A service information extraction part 22 retrieves the service information in correspondence with the combination of the selected attraction information with the specification information from the service information database 32. An information preparing part 23 prepares commodity explanation information based on the specification information and customer information retrieved from the questionnaire analysis part 21 and the service information extraction part 22.
