<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation system for facility use, capable of overcoming the disadvantage of collecting cancellation fee in cancelling in spite of achieving reservation to prevent the occurrence of inn's loss, improving the rate of operation of the inn 2, and retrieving for a desired inn in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This reservation system 1 for facility use connected to users 3 at least by the Internet is interposed between the inn 2 and the users 3, whereby when reservation is applied to the system 1 from the user 3, the system 1 collects the advances received from the user 3 by a card, and when the reservation is cancelled, the advances received is paid as a cancellation fee to the inn 2. The facility use reservation system 1 is provided with a fee setting means for setting and changing the hotel charges and cancellation fee according to the time when the user 3 makes reservation, and a random retrieving means for retrieving a desired inn in a random method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
