PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical picture processing device capable of converting a picture in accordance with the photographing condition of the picture and input characteristics of an input device or the photographing condition of the picture and output characteristics of an output device.

SOLUTION: In gradation conversion processing corresponding to the input device, a control part 11 acquires photographic information of an inputted picture from the input device through an I/F part 16 and refers to an LUT information file 15a corresponding to the input device to acquire LUT information corresponding to the acquired photographic information. Further, the control part 11 acquires an LUT indicated by the acquires LUT information from an LUT memory 15b and uses the acquires LUT to make a picture processing part 18 perform gradation conversion processing of the inputted picture and displays the converted picture on a display part.
