<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and effective manufacturing method of a sulfonated high polymer film with few gas permeability defects useful for a proton conductivity film for a solid high polymer fuel cells, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: It is a manufacturing method of a sulfonated high polymer film attained after drying a high molecular compound which consists of polyphenylene sulfide or the like as a main composition ingredient as main materials, and after producing the high polymer film by carrying out melting and extrusion, by making it contact a sulfonating agent, and it is achieved by the manufacturing method of the sulfonated high polymer film characterized in that the volatilized quantity of the materials before extrusion in 110°C is 0.1 weight % or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
