<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance control method for allowing quick operation for a person intending of operating quickly, and allowing slow operation for a person intending of operating slowly. <P>SOLUTION: When a user inputs a selecting area of transaction guiding guidance displayed on a display part 4 from a touch input part 2, a touch time measuring part 6 measures time for detecting the touch, reads out display time of various guidance image screens fit for touch time from a processing table 7, displays the guidance by the display part 4 at a speed fit for the user, and outputs voice and a warning sound for urging the prevention of forgetfulness of taking from a voice guidance output part 5.
