<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a proper production plan capable of equalizing the load to be assigned to each facility even when the total lots requested in the processing is over the processing capacity of the total facilities. <P>SOLUTION: A production decision part 8 successively selects the lot under a condition that the total processing time in each facility stored in a facility load information storing part 5 is not over the processing capacity of the corresponding facility, and the processing scheduled quantity of every combination of a product class and the process stored in a production information storing part 6 is over a minimum value as the requirement stored in a macro plan storing part 2c. The load applied to the selected lot is assigned to each facility by an assigning part 3, and an updating part 7 updates the storage contents of the facility load information storing part 5 and the production information storing part 6 on the basis of a result of the assignment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
