PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the delivery of data. SOLUTION: A terminal transmits its own address to a server when connected to a network. The server manages the transmitted address. The server extracts an interface ID in the address, and manages the address in association with the interface ID. When a program for solving a trouble, for example, is delivered, the range of the interface ID of a terminal 4 to be delivered is set in step S11. The address corresponding to the set interface ID is read in step S12. The data (program) is delivered to the terminal 4 having the read address, the data (program) in step S13.
