PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly respond to the change of the data collecting form from an information source in a data process for collecting data from information sources and performing a data processing based on it. SOLUTION: The semantic structure of data to be collected (skeleton) 34 and the access method to the information source of the data to be collected (access method description file) 48 are separately described, and a connecting module according to the data to be collected is made to access the information source by a designated access method.
