PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack of such a structure as generation of vibration is retarded upon application of an external force. SOLUTION: An upper coupling plate 8 is formed downward from a top frame 2 and a lower coupling plate 10 is formed to stand from a bottom frame 3 and then both a mount angle 5 and a mount rail 6 are coupled with the upper coupling plate 8 and the lower coupling plate 10. Furthermore, engaging end parts are formed at the lower part of the mount angle 5 and the mount rail 6 to extend and engage with the bottom plate 9 of the bottom frame, so that the mount angle 5 and the mount rail 6 are stopped or secured at three points, i.e., the end part of engagement, the bottom frame 3 and the top frame 2. The upper coupling plate 8 is secured to the top frame 2 only at the upper end thereof and the front and rear end parts 8b thereof are not coupled with the rack frame 1, or the like, but serve as free ends.
