PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable electronic apparatus in which a strap fixing part is not provided independently and the size and weight are reduced without sacrifice of the function for fixing the strap. SOLUTION: The portable electronic apparatus having a fixing recess 18 engaging removable with the engaging part of a fixing holder is provided with a space 17 communicating with the fixing recess while leaving a beam part 11 and a strap 17 can be fixed to the beam part.
