<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively totalize an each function use quantity in a plurality of devices by numerically expressing an each function use frequency of the plurality of devices connected to a network environment and the each function use quantity of consumables. <P>SOLUTION: Printing data is outputted to the devices A120, and B130 via a device charge totalizer 100 from clients A120, and B150 on a network 110. The device charge totalizer 100 calculates a use quantity of respective color toners depending on the respective devices on the basis of outputted printing data when outputting the printing data, and calculates an accounting amount.
