<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data collector in which the offset amount can be eliminated and a high resolution can be ensured regardless of the amplitude of an analog signal. <P>SOLUTION: The data collector comprises a first multiplexer 1 for selecting any one of a plurality of analog signals, a second multiplexer 5 operating in synchronism with the first multiplexer 1 to select another preset one of the plurality of analog signals, an amplifier 2 performing impedance conversion for a signal being outputted from the first multiplexer 1, a subtrator 20 for subtracting the output signal of the second multiplexer 5 from the output signal of the amplifier 2, an A/D converter 3 for converting an analog signal outputted from the subtrator 20 into a digital value, and a processing unit 4 performing signal processing with a converted value from the A/D converter 3 and designating the signals being selected to the first multiplexer 1 and the second multiplexer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
