<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit which can be adjusted with ease, maintain balance of an output drive current and provide a highly accurate drive current to a load circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A clamp circuit 10 is provided to preserve a drain voltage of a current output transistor QN12 which supplies a drive current to a load resistor so that, when the transistor QN12 is on, the drain voltage VA of the transistor QN12 and a source voltage VD of a transistor QN14 are preserved at approximately the same level by means of the clamp circuit 10. This structure can maintain the rise and fall balance of the drain output current from the transistor QN12, and approximately equalize a rise delay time and a fall delay time of an input signal S<SB>in</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
