<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an ontology dictionary described in second language at the time of executing meaning processing to a document resource described in first language. <P>SOLUTION: A Japanese/English translation functioning part 104 translates Japanese inputted from an input part 102 into English. An ontology dictionary retrieval functioning part 105 retrieves an English ontology dictionary 108 by using the translation result of the Japanese/English translation functioning part 104. The retrieval result is translated into Japanese by an English/Japanese translation functioning part 106. Those translation result and retrieval result are stored in an output information holding part 107, and outputted from an output part 103 by a control part 101.
