PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the shortening of processing time in a computer system including a Web server system or the like by realizing a more efficient load dispersion to various pieces of processing executed in the computer system. SOLUTION: A Web layer server 11 comprising a plurality of server devices comprises a system control device 101 and a shared storage means 102. When the processing executed in the server device is temporarily interrupted in order to acquire information necessary for processing, processing formation necessary for the restart of processing is recorded in the shared storage means 102. When the necessary information is returned to the Web layer server 11, the system control device 101 inquires the operating states of all the server devices, and selects the server device to restart the processing from the result.
