PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a data communication with high reliability and with less communication errors by reducing small noise components before amplifying. SOLUTION: A pair of diodes 20a and 20b connected in parallel having reverse polarity with respect to each other are designed to be inserted between a capacitor 3 and an amplifier 23, so that the small noise components less than several hundred mV which are not able to exceed forward voltage Vf of the diodes 20a and 20b can be eliminated due to the forward voltage Vf of several hundred mV provided by the diodes 20a and 20b, and only signals reducing the noise components can be picked up through the diodes 20a and 20b.
