INPUT BUFFER FOR CMOS CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An input buffer for CMOS circuit is provided to minimize the power consumption by providing a CMOS input buffer to turn off one transistor of a CMOS couple in a state of non-conversion. CONSTITUTION: An input buffer for CMOS circuit includes an NMOS transistor(Q2'), a PMOS transistor(Q1'), and a bias circuit(16). The NMOS transistor(Q2') and the PMOS transistor(Q1') are connected between an upper supply voltage and a lower supply voltage in order to form a current path therebetween. The NMOS transistor(Q2') and the PMOS transistor(Q1') have the same conductance. The bias circuit(16) includes a capacitor member connected to the upper supply voltage in order to generate the same variation from the upper supply voltage.
