PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-contact electric connector wherein application range tolerance can be widened and a sufficient compression can be expected by suppressing and preventing aggravation of conductivity and an abnormally heavy load. SOLUTION: This connector comprises a mold body 10 interposed between a printed circuit board 1 and a liquid crystal display 2, plural conductive thin wires 20 installed in parallel with the length direction of the surface of the mold body 10 and connected between the printed circuit board 1 and the liquid crystal display 2. The molding body 10 is made by an insulating continuously foamed open-cell silicone foam 11, and the continuously foamed silicone foamed material 11 is molded by 100 parts by weight of a silicone rubber material containing thermosetting organopolysiloxane composition, a minute filler made of unswollen organic resin capable of inflating by heat or an minute hollow filler made of 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a swollen organic resin, and one kind or two kinds or more of 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of polyhydric alcohol and derivative thereof.
