PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoder structure capable of changing a single length which never gives influence to the complication of the whole system, by simplifying the structure of hardware and changing an encoding code in the table chuck labor required before this encoder. SOLUTION: The structure comprises an encoding code length conversion means for deciding the length of the output of the encoding code of an H. 26L standard, an encoding code splitter which inserts an earth wire before a bit wire for representing the insertion of 0 and inserts a power source wire Vcc into a most-rear site for representing 1, a bit displacement counter/ accumulator for recording the number of effective bits within the output buffer of an encoding composite electric circuit a displacement apparatus for arranging values within the outputting buffer of the encoding composite electric circuit, and the encoding composite electric circuit which has an OR electric circuit, the output buffer, and two multiplexers, and obtains the encoding output of the H. 26L standard free from an error.
