A hand-held massager providing moist heat has a handle, a vibrating applicator flexibly connected to the handle for providing a localized massage. The applicator has a vibrating head assembly capable of delivering warm moisture to a user. The vibrating head assembly has a tank sized to hold a volume of liquid, a vibration inducing element, a heating wire located within the vibrating applicator, and a water absorbent pad removably mounted thereto. The user can adjust the control of a pump disposed in the handle to provide a wide variety of massage sensations included a warm, moist, vibrating massage sensation.
