PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail control application capable of mutually using data with the other application including a different kind of electronic mail control application. SOLUTION: At the time of making a computer perform processing to prepare an electronic mail, the input of message information to be transmitted is accepted, and a specific identifier is given to the message information, and the field of the message information is stored in at least one table respectively including the identifier.
