PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose CPU architecture for internally storing a mechanism for controlling arithmetic processing performance of a CPU and electric power consumption in more detail by software. SOLUTION: This information processor is composed of the CPU having a field for designating an operation mode of the CPU in a command format of the CPU, and having a structure capable of dynamically changing the operation mode of the CPU when the CPU interprets a command of this form, and the software for forming a command train for sufficiently extracting the function of this CPU.
