To cut the core tube from a drill under pressure, and extract the core sample under pressure in the autoclave core tube, a modular assembly cuts into the autoclave sample taker with orientation to remove the sample. An adapter tube (1) is linked to a rotating sleeve (3) through a bearing (4). An exchangeable and adjustable cutting mechanism (9) works with a tool guide (7) and a cutter (11). The adapter tube is connected and sealed at the autoclave sample taker and/or laboratory chamber, with a defined cutting point. The core tube (15) is positioned so that it is cut under pressure and/or separated to form an opening to extract the core.
