FIELD: design of glazed roofs. SUBSTANCE: proposed glazed roof includes apex with at least one free end. Roof is equipped with ventilation passage through part of apex end. Traditionally greenhouse of Victorian or Edwardian style has roof with one or several apex extremities which are adapted for arrangement of ventilation system. On such end of apex battens of glazing sashes go from it radially with downward inclination, crown covering rests on end of apex and decorative part is mounted on crown covering. Basically vertical ventilation tube is provided on end of apex. Spire or any other decorative part is put on tube and Clearance for passage of air is left between their edges.
