METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures, time and costs, while achieving improved discharge efficiency and luminance efficiency by forming a phosphor layer of a uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of forming a seed layer(11) serving as a reflective layer on a lower substrate(10) and an address electrode(12) on the reflective layer; a second step of forming a dielectric film(13) all over the address electrode and the reflective layer; a third step of defining a pixel area by forming a white barrier rib(14) on the certain part of the dielectric film and a black barrier rib(16) on the white barrier rib; and a fourth step of forming a phosphor layer(15) by injecting a phosphor ink to the pixel area by using an ink jet printing method and firing the resultant structure.
