PURPOSE: A flying electronic top, which is quite different from conventional tops, is provided to make a horizontal shift on the ground when the top rotates below critical velocity. And when the top rotates over critical velocity, it is possible to fly the top in the air by means of internal and external impellers set in the internal and external sides of the electronic top. CONSTITUTION: The flying electronic top includes a body(10) with a space on the top and a cone-shape in the outside; an external impeller(14) which provides the body(10) with buoyancy by moving the air from the top to the bottom when the body(10) rotates; a power motor(16) which is equipped with a gyrating mass(22) being fixed into the inside of the body(10) by being located in the space of the body(10) and rotating horizontally by being connected to the upper axis(18); and a horizontally-moving unit(30) which moves the body(10) horizontally by being arranged horizontally in the lateral wall of the body(10).
