FIELD: erection of structures designed for location and long-term ecologically safe storage of nuclear, chemical, bacteriological and information objects of strategic purposes securing political and economical sovereignty of state. SUBSTANCE: invention solves problem of secretive, safe, mobile, long-term putting of strategic objects from biosphere with potential for their return into it by way of employment of combination of geomechanical and liquid bearing elements functioning simultaneously as transportation arteries. Modules 5 are equipped with hydraulic insulation jackets 6 and galleries 3 and rooms 4 are filled with liquid 7 non-corrosive to rocks 1 sheltering galleries 3 and rooms 4. Structure is additionally provided with hydraulic pressure and drive facilities and sluice gear 14 , conduit for removal of air from galleries 3 and rooms 4. Hydraulic drive facility is positioned in Earth's crust with outlet to ground surface and comes in the form of pipe-line with descending 8 and ascending 9 branches filled with liquids 10 and 7. Hydraulic pressure facility is located on ground surface without dipping into Earth's crust, comes in the form of pipe-line 12 arranged vertically and filled with liquid 13. Upper end of descending branch 8 of pipe-line of hydraulic drive facility is coupled to lower end of pipe-line 12 of hydraulic pressure facility and sluice gear 14. Lower end of descending branch 8 of pipe-line of hydraulic drive facility is connected to lower end of ascending branch 9 of this pipe-line. Upper end of ascending branch 9 of pipe-line is connected to gallery 3, upper end of pipe-line 12 of hydraulic pressure facility communicates with atmosphere.
