<p>The information transmission medium has become broadband and information distribution on demand has become possible. Accordingly, there is a need for an autonomous information distribution system satisfying a variety of client needs and promptness of processing. An information distribution system includes number-of-distributions management means, distribution list creation means for creating a distribution list for selection in which the selection probability of each information material when random selection is performed is equal to a ratio of the remaining number (to be distributed) of each information material with respect to the total of the remaining numbers (to be distributed) of the information materials at a moment, handy assigning means for assigning a handy to the remaining number (to be distributed) of each information material contained in the distribution list, and random selection means for performing random selection of the distribution list and selecting one information material. The information material selected is distributed from an information distribution server via an information network to a distribution demand terminal and the content of the distribution list is updated.</p> |
