PURPOSE: A power-up signal generating apparatus is provided to stably carry out the initialization of an inner circuit by using the operation voltage of the inner circuit. CONSTITUTION: A power-up signal generating apparatus is provided with a power-up signal detecting part(100) for detecting whether the level of inner operation voltage is increased to a predetermined target value or not when external power supply is supplied and a power-up signal outputting part(200) for supplying a power-up signal by buffering the signal detected from the power-up signal detecting part. Preferably, the power-up signal detecting part includes an outer power supply transfer part for transferring the external power supply to an output voltage and a ground voltage supply for connecting the output voltage to the ground when the level of the inner operation voltage approaches the target value.
